Well I have truly enjoyed my short but festive 4 days in London....but I will be back in December for my final exodus to the homeland (USA). I decided that I needed to see a show and of course the Theatre at the end of Old Compton Rd. was showing what else....?.....Priscilla, Queen of the Desert!. So of course I got myslef some 1/2 price tickets, 4th row toward the end of the aisle...perfect for? What is that you say....Oh Yeah, during the number for those who have seen the show anywhere, "Thank God I'm a Country Boy!", I was selected to go on stage during the performanace to show off my do-se-do skills. Thnaks god I can do a lame two-step on command as the rest of the audience participants were well lame...in more ways than one. And to top it off I was selected for my own audience bow due to my remarkable 2-step performance....if that toooo gay or what? It was the topper to a fantastic 4 days. On to Prague till the end of August...Yipee!!!

| Talk about example of "bad" branding. |
| An awesome evening at the Theatre, what a blast! |
| So I have been out of the country for 8 months and my memory was hardly all there when I was home; however I had these great soft tacos at a hole in the wall off of Old Compton Rd. Help me with what the name of the chain(s) at home are that you pick the burrito, taco or bowl and then pick your MEAT and the added ingredients? Oh Well, it doesn't matter it was delicious...Yummy in the Tummy! |

| To think I almost went and filled my water bottle before I realized this was a outdoor..totally outdoor urinal. And yes guys would saddle up and most not stand too close and take a wee. It was appalling, in a train wreck I can't take my eyes off the gall of men taking a wee in public...well almost. That and the fact that I almost filled my water bottle but held back as I didin't see a handle to turn on the water....G R O S S ! Location: right in front of a busy theatre on a roundabout outside of several restaurants, nice view while dining.....NOT! |
| Leischester Suqare. Alot of construction in the area but also alot of great people watching and busy, busy, busy on the weekend! |
| Trafalgar Square....What is he looking for anyway. The National Gallery is right behind him. I tapped him on the shoulder to tell him to turn around. I didn't go over as well as I had thought. Some people jst don't have my sense of humor. Go Figure. |
| M & M's store...4 floors of M&M marketing, candies, dolls, stuffed M&M's, kid rides, M&M Charaters walking around bumping into people, knocking M&M stuff off the shelves and of course ready for pic's galore. |
| I almost bought the T-shirt but just couldn't pass up the pic. Let the comments flow.... |
| I have seen a huge increase in Texas interest in London. I told them we use the electric chair (frequently)...maybe they are scared or just want to send a message...who knows; but what fun finally to be recognized other than by my Texas twang!! |
| Trafalgar Square, London...a beautiful day dispite some ominous clouds. The National Gallery (L) and St Mary in the Fields church (R). |
