These are the days of My Life - Some lovely Flora

I tried to get these submitted prior to my trip to Koh Samed, Thailand as I was in the mood for a few pictures of some pretty Hot scenary.  This is along the Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach coastal walk, Sydney, Australia

These monsters stood off this rock wall about 6-8 feet tall/wide.  Look as though they might just reach out and grab you.  Sydney AU coastal walk.

I decided that i wanted to live here.  With the sculpted trees out front and just a glimpse of the view behin the gated car park.  I just wanted to live here.  Coastal walk outside of Sydney, northern coast.  Sweet Jesus, are these money trees ....cause this view is priceless.

Just a dash of color outside the renovations of the Sydney Museum of Art located just opposite Sydney Opera House, AU.

Me and Gnome taking in the Blue Mountain's.  Lovely day trip via train outside of Sydney, Australia.  And with the haze, light caught reflecting on the eucalyptus trees it looks like a rolling wave od green, blue, grey, blue, green, gold...you get the picture...if not look at it I just posted it.  ;-)

Fantastic palm on the ground of the Auckland, New Zealand, Museum of Art.  Provided a fantastic pinwhell of reflected light.

Hmmmm....guess you had to be there.  But it was stunning. Maybe my photo taking skills will alos improve this year....maybe?

Me...Hot Guy in Myers park in Auckland, new Zealand.  I loved the gigantic trees in the par and I was pretty happy with my free haircut received from the barber school.  Nice Huh?

A few tears in my eyes as i remember Christchurch Cathedral.  These arrangements are inside the church the Sunday before the Monday earthquake.  There was a Flower Festival to begin on monday and the floral arrangements were all installed in preparation.

Intricate mosaics on the wall of the Christchurch, New Zealand Cathedral in preparation for the Flower Festival.  Photos taken on Sunday prior to the Monday afternoon earthquake.  PRICELESS...in loving memory.

Hats off to the gardener...Christchurch, New Zealand

Ok so not actaul Flora, but sometimes when you look up as well as down where you are walking there is alot of interesting stuff.  Christchurch New Zealand

Another tear, the Christchurch new Zealand Botanical Gardens, phot taken Saturday prior to the Monday earthquake.

Lili pad in the pond in front of the Art Museum, Singapore

Blooming beauties located during my Singapore marina walk about.  Note the interesting diversity of architecture viewable over the top of the hedge.  Simply an amazing city.

Singapore's Art Museum fondly called "The Hand" and the ferris wheel that takes about 30 minutes to make a full rotation that gives you ability to see to the horizon on a clear day which this day was not (grey haze).

Orchid displayed at the Singapore "Fountain of Wealth"  The walkway you see allows the searchers of wealth...that's you and me to walk out to the central fountain and walk 3 times, clockwise with you right hand touching the water and making a wish that will of course come true.  It really works.  I asked not to get lost trying to get back to my friends flat.  I got in a cab, gave the address by showing the cab driver my I-phone contact list and he believe it or not drove me right to the front door.  I'm a believer.

Most fabulous hanging fliage at my new friends Villa in Bali Indonesia.  It looks almost like a bird in flight.  brilliant colors.

Me... hamming it up with the flora in Bali,Iindonesia. Georgeous...and the flowers are pretty too.

Rice terraces in outer Bali, Indonesia.  This view cost an 8+ hour scooter ride, one bashed right leg (call me clumsy) and the most delicious lunch that cost under US$5.00.  Would do it again in a NY minute.....but in a car with a driver....are you crazy the roads were a death trap, the drivers were insane, we got as lost as hooter Brown and I cried like a babay as we rode for hours at night when i can barely see well during the daylight.  Don't let the heavenly delight of a pretty picture mistake you into believing all is chocolate cake and ice cream.  Some of these pictures were earned.  Everyone of them a memory i will never forget...I got the scars to prove it.

Brown sandy beaches of Bali, Indonesia

Sunset at Ku De Ta, Bali Indonesia.  Good Friends, Bean Bag Chairs, Beers, God signing off for the Day....Priceless!

More oddly shaped colorful hanging flowery plants at my friends Villa in Bali Indonesia.

The most vibrant peach that this photo does  not do justice.

Yellow temple flower at Bangkok, Thailand

Pretty in Pink!

White with a hint of yellow is lovely as well.

Buddah temple floral offerings.

Water lily in full bloom miday at the temple in Bangkok, Thailand

Sometimes just a hint of color enhances the already extraordinary.  Floating market, Bangkok Thailand

This is the National Flower of Thailand.  These trees line the highways and the low hanging yellow flowers are just brilliant and very distracting...good thing I wasn't driving.

This red flower was in a huge tree of flowering brilliance.  It was eye catching as I wallked by due to it being just a huge red tree.  No idea of it's species?

Me, facinated by that clorful hanging plant.

Purple is the new Black.
